CONDITIONS

• Advertised price is subject to existing appliance being similar type & size in existing location (changeover).
• Existing external mains pressure hot water units must be installed on a concrete slab 50 mm above ground level.
• If existing valves require replacement, e.g. duo vale, gas cock, pressure limiting, etc., unlikely in most cases. This will be at extra cost.
• Existing appliance must be installed as per Plumbing Industry Commission Regulations Victoria or extra charges will apply.
• If gas leaks are found on existing gas line, extra charges will apply.
• Given this information more than 90 % of existing hot water unit changeovers will be installed at advertised price.
• All jobs are COD, also a deposit may be required if we do not have stock of appliance required.
• We are plumbers & gas fitters, we are not responsible for any 240v electrical work external to the gas appliance.
• All cardboard associated with the appliance we supply and install will also be removed & recycled. Extra charges may apply if we are asked to remove your old appliance if not supplied by our company.
